City Express Migration to New Customer Portal

We are excited to announce that City Express, part of the American Expediting brand, is transitioning from its current Xcelerator system to a new and improved customer portal.

This upgrade will go live on January 1, 2025, and is part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best possible service across the United States and Canada.

Accessing the New Portal:
You will be able to access the portal via the following link: https://cityexp.dsapp.io/. You will receive a separate email with your password information to access the portal in the coming days.

New Order Portal: Once the transition occurs, you will begin using the new customer portal to place your orders. You will be able to access the portal using the email associated to your username.
